A graduate of Vicars School of Massage 2200 hour program, Lisa has an intuitive touch and tailors each appointment to achieve the clients goals. She is a compassionate therapist dedicated to providing personalized care and high quality treatment for each individual to enhance their wellbeing. She is available for relaxation and therapeutic treatments and incorporates techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active inhibition and joint mobilizations to achieve the best results, adapting approaches on a case by case basis. On a personal note, she loves world history, beaches, mountains, animals, music and good Carne Asada street tacos. She is a member of Massage Therapists Association of Alberta.
