Dr. Lori Mayer brings a unique blend of experience, passion, and dedication to her chiropractic practice. Her journey into health and wellness began with a deep-rooted passion for sports and fitness, which led her to earn a Master’s Degree in Fitness Science from York University and spend over a decade as an Exercise Physiologist. During this time, she worked with a wide range of individuals, from young athletes to those managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiac issues, and arthritis. Motivated by a desire to further support individuals in achieving their optimal health, Dr. Lori pursued a degree in Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She combines her extensive fitness background with a holistic approach to health care, focusing on prevention as the cornerstone of well-being. Dr. Lori, is committed to empowering and educating her patients, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to take charge of their health and live their best lives. The initial assessment is for NEW patients and entails a detailed health history, review of daily habits and a physical examination from head to toe. Based on the findings from the history and physical, a clinical diagnosis is determined with an individualized treatment plan to follow. Initial treatment will be included.
