Her journey into health and wellness began with a deep-rooted passion for sports and fitness, which led her to earn a Master's Degree in Fitness Science from York University and spend over a decade as an Exercise Physiologist. During this time, she worked with a wide range of individuals, from young athletes to those managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiac issues, and arthritis. Motivated by a desire to further support individuals in achieving their optimal health, Dr. Lori pursued a degree in Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She combines her extensive fitness background with a holistic approach to health care, focusing on prevention as the cornerstone of well-being.
