Lauren graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at McMaster University. As a believer in life-long education, Lauren is excited to expand her skillset as a clinician and has completed additional courses in Functional Intramuscular Stimulation (FIMS) and concussion management. Lauren believes in collaborating with her clients to help them understand their body, encourage active participation during treatment, and empower them to manage their care. Her mission is to support clients on their road to recovery and help them reach their goals through a combination of hands-on manual therapy, functional exercise prescription, and education. Her treatments may include, but are not limited to, myofascial release, cupping, dry needling, kinesiotaping, and neurodynamics. She has experience working with adults and seniors in orthopaedic private practice and enjoys helping people of all ages get back to doing what they love. When not in the clinic, Lauren enjoys cycling, learning muay thai, and trying different coffee shops around Toronto.
