ALOHA! I’m Dr. Crush. As a Hawaii-born, BIPOC, non-binary, non-neurotypical, breast & cervical cancer survivor as well as a Herman & Wallace certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner, AASECT sex counselor and Girls Gone Strong women’s health coach, I seek to guide clients toward bodily autonomy via pelvic education and mind-body communication strengthening. Health is holistic, and I believe in seeing and treating the whole person — Physical, Mental, and Relational. The integral relationship between the three is essential to my understanding and clinical approach. Combining my 15 years of expertise in pelvic floor physical therapy, AASECT sex counseling certification, GGS women’s health coaching certification, and holistic/non-oppressive/trauma-informed medical methodology, I am able to offer clients a comprehensive and empowering solution toward healing and embodiment.
This option is for most clients following the Initial Assessment appointment. Treatments such as Client Education/HEP, Therapeutic Exercises and Activities, Manual Techniques, Neuromuscular Re-Education, Ultrasound, TENS electrical stimulation are performed and are individualized by client. Costs are widely varied depending on Insurer / Self-Pay Status; however, the MAXIMUM rate for this service is $150, but starts as low as $100.
