Dr. Nicholas Slowinski attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where he graduated Cum Laude with Clinic Honours. Prior to CMCC, he attended Brock University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours). He completed his Neurofunctional Acupuncture certification at McMaster University and is certified in several myofascial release techniques, included Functional Range Release (FR). Dr. Slowinski integrates multiple therapeutic techniques including motion palpation, myofascial release, neurofunctional acupuncture and manual adjustments to treat various musculoskeletal conditions. As an avid martial artist and gym rat, Dr. Slowinski has developed a special interest in the care of combat and strength athletes. Growing up in the Niagara region, Dr. Slowinski was a multisport athlete and participated in many sports including soccer, baseball, football and hockey. It is his driving passion to help athletes of all levels (even the ones that don’t know it yet) perform at their best.
This includes a thorough history and physical examination after which a diagnosis and treatment plan will be determined and discussed with the patient. Treatment will also be provided on this day.
