Heena graduated as a physiotherapist from the Institute of Medical Education and Research in 2009 She enjoys working with clients from all age groups. Having had her share of injuries through the years, she realizes the importance of right education and treatment in helping people achieve their movement goals. She uses various manual therapy and myofascial techniques as well as taping as adjuncts to exercise for recovery. Heena has a special interest in Women’s Health and is certified in pelvic floor assessment and treatment. In her free time, Heena loves spending time with her children and exploring the outdoors. She also stays active by incorporating yoga, HIIT, and strength training.
