Patrick is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed his training with distinction at triOS College in Ottawa. Raised in Germany, he draws from a holistic health tradition that views physical and mental well‑being as inseparable. He blends Swedish massage, fascial release, reflexive methods, deep tissue work, and Aromatherapy to reduce discomfort, improve movement, and support a deeper sense of ease in your body. Patrick is fluent in English and German and is happy to provide treatment in either language.
