I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and have spent the majority of my time since living and working in Vancouver. My practice is centred on women’s health and pediatric care. I treat a wide variety of conditions including (but not limited to) pre and post natal care, dysmenorrhea, digestive conditions, stress, post operative care (including mastectomy and lumpectomy). I have also supported births as a doula since 2017 and am passionate about supporting pregnant folks through this transitory time. My interest in massage therapy originally came about from studying dance, where I had experienced the benefits of physiotherapy and massage when dealing with injuries as a young dancer. My movement training has taken different shapes over the years and has a strong influence on how I assess and treat as an RMT. I studied movement analysis at the Laban Institute in New York and am also a certified vinyasa and restorative yoga teacher. My aim is always to provide compassionate care and to help people feel more empowered in their bodies by finding freedom of movement in their daily lives.
We ask that new patients book a 60 minute massage so that there is sufficient time for initial assessment and treatment.
