Kinesiology Assessment and Treatment

This initial kinesiology session includes a comprehensive assessment and hands-on treatment tailored to your individual needs. Your appointment begins with a detailed evaluation of posture, movement patterns, mobility, strength, and areas of tension or restriction. Based on this assessment, treatment may include a combination of manual therapy techniques, joint and soft-tissue mobilization, myofascial release, targeted stretching, and corrective exercises. Care is movement-focused and integrative, drawing from musculoskeletal rehabilitation principles similar to those used in physiotherapy and osteopathy, while remaining grounded in kinesiology. This session is ideal if you are experiencing pain, stiffness, postural concerns, movement limitations, or are seeking to improve function and prevent injury.
