Neha is a Registered Massage Therapist. She completed her Massage Therapy training at Kikkawa College and also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Sheridan College. During her time in Kikkawa, she treated different age groups with several different musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. In practice, she aims to use her skills to provide preventative and continuing care to her clients. She is open to learning new techniques and modalities to bring optimal wellness to her clients. She believes moving the body is a great form of self-care.
