Hi! My name is Brandy and here is a little bit about me; I have been an LMBT since January of 2013. I have extensive knowledge and training as a deep tissue therapist. I offer a variety of services, including Aroma Therapy, Medicupping, Thai stretching, Active Isolated Stretch, Reflexology, Hot Stone as well as Swedish techniques. I also have a medical background from being both a CNA and a medical office assistant. I have a unique approach to treatment bringing both medical aspects to holistic aspects. I am looking forward to helping as many people as I can.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
