Jillian graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2022. She had gained a wide variety of experiences with chronic conditions and injuries during the program due to having treated patients in palliative care, athletes and patients undergoing pregnancy. Before becoming an RMT, she was taking the Kinesiology program at Langara College for 1.5 years as part of the journey to become a physiotherapist until she realized massage therapy was truly more of her calling. However before going back to the road to schooling, Jillian used to be a chef for a couple of years working in restaurants in Vancouver and Spain. She is passionate about helping patients reach their goals by creating a treatment plan specific to their individual needs, aiming to improve on their overall wellbeing and enjoyment in life. Jillian enjoys incorporating General Swedish Massage, neuromuscular + myofascial techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching and joint mobilization into her treatments. She is also trained in the Dr Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Levels 1 and 2. Outside of clinic life, Jillian enjoys spending time with her dogs, cooking and baking new recipes, playing video games and weight-lifting at the gym. Languages Spoken: English, Tagalog and Spanish
