Quinn earned a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics at the University of Regina. She has experience in fitness, training, and rehabilitation, designing programs for diverse individuals. In Regina, she coordinated the Bridging the Gap program at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre and volunteered with wheelchair rugby. Quinn has worked as a bracing technician, providing pre- and post-operative bracing assessments and fittings. As a physiotherapist, Quinn has significant training in manual therapy, functional movement, Biomedical Dry Needling, and Complete Concussion Management. Additionally, she is Sport Physiotherapy Canada First Responder certified, which allows her to provide medical coverage for provincial and national tournaments in multiple sports. She spent two seasons as part of the volunteer medical staff for the Regina Thunder Football Team. Quinn grew up playing various sports and values educating and equipping others to lead healthy, active lives. She takes a patient-centered approach, working collaboratively to help individuals achieve their goals. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, dog, family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews. Quinn loves being outdoors, spending summers at the lake and running, and would love to run a marathon one day!
