Zoe is an honours graduate from the International Academy of Applied Health in Ottawa. She has been passionate about health and wellness for as long as she can remember, and her ultimate goal is to help others achieve a sense of ease and wellbeing, both physically and mentally. Zoe‘s treatment approach is holistic and intuitive, and she excels at communicating with her clients to curate treatments that will address their needs. Her skill set includes Swedish massage, relaxation, Lymphatic Drainage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). Zoe is currently studying to become a Registered Acupuncturist at TriOS College in Ottawa. She is looking forward to expanding her scope of practice and enriching her treatments with this new modality.
