For more than fifteen years, Kristyn has practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in sports massage, pre and post natal massage, stretch therapy, deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy. She holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and teaches massage modalities to students at Gwinnett College, in addition to teaching yoga at Gruvn Yoga Soul Center and coaching online personal training clients. Kristyn’s mission is simple: to help each person who gets on her table feel more at home in their own body, whether that means easing the tension of daily life or supporting recovery after an injury. Outside the office, Kristyn loves spending time with her husband Mike and their two sons, playing tabletop games, and getting lost in a good puzzle.
Massage therapy works at the level of the soft tissues and nervous system to address the underlying tension and movement patterns that can contribute to pain, stiffness, and restricted mobility. Rather than simply providing temporary relief, massage helps restore healthy muscle function, improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation throughout the body. Whether you’re dealing with chronic aches, recovering from physical activity, or simply looking to unwind, each session is tailored to your individual needs to help you move better, feel better, and support your overall wellness.
