Susannah graduated VCMT’s Registered Massage Therapy program in April 2025 with a 96% average distinction, and completed over 550 hours during her school practicum. Susannah is passionate about helping people feel their best through compassionate, client-centered care. As a Registered Massage Therapist she takes a nervous-system-informed approach to massage. She believes that lasting muscle release starts with helping the body feel safe. Rather than working against tension, shes works with the nervous system to encourage deep relaxation, allowing the body to naturally soften, unwind, and heal. Through slow, sustained pressure, and a calming treatment environment, she support clients in shifting out of fight-or-flight mode and into rest-and-digest by listening to the body’s responses to pressure, and using communication with her patients to connect their minds to their bodies. Her treatment techniques include, but are not limited to neuromuscular techniques, trigger point release, myofascial techniques, joint mobilization’s, stretching, post-isometric-relaxation and diaphragmatic breathing. Susannah is also passionate about patient education on how patients can take control of their own healing journey, and restore balance to their bodies through home-care.
