I grew up in Nebraska and moved to Colorado right after college, allowing me the joy of working as a massage therapist across both states. In 2015, I became a massage therapist to complement my work as a certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructor. My style of bodywork integrates movement, often resembling Table Thai massage. I believe in tailoring every session with thoughtful enhancements, creating a fully personalized experience for each client. When Im not helping others unwind, youll often find me strength trainingor fishing, which always wins out as my favorite pastime!
Massage Therapy
60 Minute Custom Massage. Hot towels and aroma therapy included. Stress relief and relation; deep tissue is not recommended for the 60 minute massage unless is spot specific work and not a full-body massage.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice involving the application of varying amounts of pressure to specific points on the feet. It is based on the theory that these points, or "reflexes," correspond to different organs and systems throughout the body. Client may remained clothed. Other tools such as hot stones, bamboo and tuning forks may be used.
