Independent licensed massage therapist with over ten years experience in both chiropractic and massage office. I specialize in a variety of techniques including Swedish relaxation, deep tissue/muscle stripping, treating migraines and other headaches, hip muscle release, trigger point therapy, sinus/lymphatic drainage, reflexology, Chinese cupping, hot stone, and more. I typically incorporate several of these techniques in a single session in order to cater to my clients needs. My goal is to make clients feel better in body, mind, and spirit by utilizing massage therapys ability to help the body heal itself. In mid-August, I will become a certified Reiki practitioner. Im very excited to add this wonderful energy technique to my repertoire. It is very different than traditional massage, but is extremely helpful in energy balance for overall health and well being.
