Maggie is a Registered Kinesiologist who holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She is also a STOTT-trained Pilates Instructor with experience working in multidisciplinary rehabilitation settings, helping clients recover from injuries, improve movement quality, and return to their daily activities with confidence. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based exercise therapy with individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to each client’s goals and needs. Maggie has experience working with a wide range of conditions, including motor vehicle accident injuries, chronic pain, postural dysfunction, and mobility limitations. She enjoys helping clients build strength, improve function, and develop sustainable movement habits for long-term health. During her undergraduate studies, Maggie worked as a Behavioural Interventionist, supporting children with special needs and collaborating closely with families and healthcare professionals. This experience strengthened her communication skills and reinforced the importance of building trusting relationships with clients. Growing up, Maggie was actively involved in sports and movement. She spent years swimming and trained in ballet for over 12 years, experiences that shaped her appreciation for body awareness, movement quality, and the importance of staying active throughout life. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and trying new recipes at home. Maggie is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing her to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
