She is a Vodder trained Therapy I, manual lymph drainage (MLD) therapist, which is a very superficial rhythmic therapy acting on the lymphatic system and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system . At the Therapy I level she can treat localized swelling, pain and discomfort due to surgery and, or injury and general wear and tear. Wendy has worked with a large array of clients: from babies to seniors; with a broad spectrum of conditions: from injuries to physical impairment. Her training has given her the ability to assess and treat her clients appropriately by personalize the treatment to suit their specific needs. Since stress plays a major role in dysfunction, relaxation is a critical role in treatment.
