“My passion for athletics, physiology, and human anatomy inspired my career in Massage Therapy. After graduating from MacEwan University in 2014, I’ve dedicated over a decade to helping clients on their path to healing and wellness. I continually deepen my knowledge in advanced anatomy, physiology, orthopedic assessment, and kinesiology to provide the best possible care. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and am skilled in various techniques, including deep/therapeutic massage, Swedish, sports, prenatal, pediatric, and jade stone therapy. I believe that the nervous system and emotional well-being play crucial roles in optimizing the healing process. Creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment is my priority, giving my clients the space to unwind, recharge, and focus on their recovery. My approach is detail-oriented, ensuring every treatment is tailored to help you leave feeling restored and on the road to recovery. Outside the clinic, I cherish spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog, Honey. I love staying active by running and have recently started bouldering as a new hobby. Being part of the vibrant team at Maximum Health is truly exciting, and I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey.”
