My style is heart-based, restorative, and intentional. I specialize in providing myofascial release, Reiki, and Swedish massage. I have found these techniques to be effective in clearing out the tension and stress that life can leave us with. Bodywork with me is about healing the mind-body-spirit split, and following the bodys road map back to wholeness. We will work on releasing blockages in all layers of the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, and coming back to center. I enjoy working with people one-on-one to achieve greater enjoyment of life and self. I am committed to deepening my understanding of the mind-body-spirit phenomenon and what role the myofascial system plays in this. I strive to become a brighter guiding light for those on their journeys back to the Authentic Self.
