Dr Kelley sees patients at our West End office Wednesdays as well as virtually M-F. She is not currently accepting new patients. Dr. Kelley is Board Certified in Women’s Health and founded RVA Holistic PT in 2020. She has been an orthopedic + pelvic health physical therapist for 19 years and loves working with pregnant, postpartum, active women and anyone with pelvic health dysfunction. She sees men, women and children. She is also a certified yoga teacher and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Outside of the clinic, she is a mom of 3 and an avid tennis player. She also loves yoga, hypopressives, weight training and pilates.
Our Fertility Optimization Evaluation focuses on identifying the root cause behind the delay in conception, and takes a whole person approach to treatment. This evaluation is good for those trying to conceive via natural cycles as well as Assistive Reproductive Technology (ART) such as IUI and IVF. This evaluation begins with a fertility focused intake assessment, and then dives into treatment which can take the form of manual techniques to aide in balancing the abdominal viscera and reproduction system, especially in the abdomen, as well as providing guidance with tailored nutritional and lifestyle support. Each client will support in a holistic, whole person approach along their fertility journey.
