Greetings, My name is Bonnie Shockley, and I have been a massage therapist for 20 years. I specialize in outcome-based therapy, which is client-centric. I treat the whole person by considering factors such as work life, stress, sleep patterns, exercise, and diet. My goal is to identify problems and work together to address them through massage therapy, habit changes, yoga, and stretching. Additionally, I am a yoga instructor passionate about teaching Boomersthose who have been around for a while. I believe in the philosophy of "use it or lose it."
