Harman is a dedicated and highly experienced Registered Physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through specialized, evidence-based physiotherapy care. With an extensive background in physiotherapy and advanced training in pelvic health, injury rehabilitation, IMS (dry needling), vestibular and concussion therapy, and manual therapy, Harman provides comprehensive treatment for a wide range of conditions, including: •Orthopedic, musculoskeletal and sports injuries •Pelvic pain and dysfunction •Urinary incontinence •Pelvic organ prolapse •Pre- and postnatal care Graduating in 2011, Harman has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including acute care hospitals and outpatient clinics. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and uses an integrative approach that combines manual therapy techniques—such as symptom modification, trigger point release, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and individualized exercise programs—with client education to help patients reach their functional goals. Harman believes in treating the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms, to achieve long-term relief and improved quality of life. Her passion for women’s pelvic health physiotherapy grew after completing advanced training and witnessing the life-changing impact of this specialized care. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where women can address their concerns openly and work toward greater confidence and wellbeing. By integrating pelvic floor physiotherapy into her broader practice, Harman takes a holistic approach that considers the physical, emotional, and functional aspects of each patient’s health.
