Aditi is a registered Physiotherapist in Ontario since 2014, with over 12 years of clinical experience. She has worked with patients across all age groups, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She completed a post-graduate program in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management at Humber College, strengthening her ability to integrate rehabilitation with overall health and wellness. Aditi takes a patient-centered, goal-oriented approach to care, combining hands-on therapy and individualized exercise programs to support recovery. Her focus is on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and helping patients safely return to their daily activities. She is trained in Kinesio Taping and certified in the McKenzie Method. With a background in dance, Aditi brings a strong understanding of movement and functional performance, allowing her to better support patients in returning to active lifestyles. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, enabling her to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.
