Holly Legard graduated from Ancient Arts Massage School in 2023. Shortly after, she opened Bodywork by Holly, her own business and massage therapy practice. Within her first year of business, Holly also pursued and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024. Holly's passions for massage, yoga, and other forms of self-care are intentionally blended together in her services and offerings, which are custom tailored to the needs of each individual. Holly understands the value of rest, comfort, and calming the nervous system and prioritizes these elements in her massages. She strongly believes that therapeutic massage can make a significant difference pain management, stress reduction, and promotion of overall healing and wellness.
