Erin is certified and licensed by the Board of Nursing to practice therapeutic massage in the State of Virginia. She has been practicing various massage modalities, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki since 2015. Erin has also had a personal yoga practice for many years and received her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training from Soaring Spirit Yoga Studio in Virginia in 2020. In addition to massage and bodywork, Erin offers private yoga as well as virtual and small group yoga classes. Erin believes compassionate touch and kindness are cornerstones to the spirits well being. Through a strong foundational knowledge and skill set acquired in many massage modalities, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, energy work and yoga, Erin uses intuitive guidance to share her therapeutic touch, supporting the bodys natural flow towards balance.
