Peeyush is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. His clinical experience includes working with a variety of neurological, systemic, and orthopaedic conditions, as well as providing care for women during the prenatal and postpartum stages. Peeyush was drawn to massage therapy by a desire to help people stay active and take a more active role in their physical health. His treatments focus on managing pain, restoring functional range of motion, improving mobility, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy. His approach may incorporate trigger point release, deep tissue massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), stretching, and myofascial release. Peeyush adapts these techniques according to each patient’s individual needs and goals, whether they are seeking support for a specific physical condition, recovering from an injury, or looking for a more relaxation-focused treatment. Peeyush believes that improving movement and managing discomfort can have a meaningful impact on a person’s everyday life. His goal is to help patients feel more capable and confident in their bodies while supporting an active lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, Peeyush enjoys spending time outdoors. You can often find him running or hiking the trails, backcountry camping, or spending time with his dog.
