Ian has always enjoyed sports and the outdoors, so of course, injuries occurred. Ian found the most relief from Massage Therapy. This inspired him to become a massage therapist, and in 2019 Ian successfully completed Langara College’s Registered Therapy Program. Ian has experience treating athletes, seniors, and people with chronic pain. He utilizes a wide range of techniques from myofascial release, to trigger point therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques to help you get back to where you want to be. Ian is continuously learning new massage therapy techniques and treatment to better educate and treat his patients. Outside of work, Ian loves to explore the city to find new restaurants so he can try exiting new foods! He is also an avid gamer.
