Michèle has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology. Michèle’s treatment techniques utilize a combination of manual therapy, IMS, acupuncture, exercise therapy and a few other tricks that she has up her sleeve. She is fluent in French and is happy to provide care in either English or French. Michèle has a special interest in orthopaedic and sports injuries and aims to get her patients back to enjoying the activities they love. She focuses on the nature of the injury and its root cause so her recovered patients can leave stronger than when they arrived. Michèle is an avid distance runner and backcountry skiing enthusiast. When Michèle is not in the backcountry you can most likely find her at the vet with her energetic yet injury-prone dog, Revy.
The running assessment is ideally suited for runners who are looking to improve their times and distances, get rid of pain, or are new to running and want to ensure that they are doing things correctly.
