Carla graduated from the Honours Specialization in Kinesiology program at Western University in 2014 and completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto in 2016. Her focus as a physiotherapist is to help people feel confident in moving their bodies and achieving their goals. To assist with this Carla has dedicated much of her time to furthering her education and completed her advanced manual therapy exams in 2022, becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy. After having two children of her own, Carla discovered her passion for women’s health and has also completed pelvic physiotherapy courses to better help women through all phases of life who are struggling with pelvic pain, leakage, prolapse, and more. She understands how pelvic floor function affects the whole body and can play a considerable role in overall wellbeing. Carla enjoys working with anyone who is interested in learning more about their body and unlocking their movement potential. In her spare time you can find her chasing after her two little boys, working out, and starting too many home projects all at once.
