• I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and comfortable in their own body. For over thirty years as a Registered Massage Therapist, I have worked with people experiencing pain, injury, chronic tension, and the physical effects of everyday life. My approach combines careful assessment, evidence-informed treatment, and attentive listening to help each client move toward greater ease and function. My dominant modalities of practice include lymphatic drainage, lymphofascial release and craniosacral therapy.
