Over the years, Ive honed my expertise in relieving neck, head, and shoulder tension, as well as addressing TMJ-related pain, deep tissue needs, hip and pelvic discomfort, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more. My approach combines therapeutic techniques and body awareness education to help you achieve long-term health and wellness.
