Remy Africommas is a former athlete whose path was forever changed by injury and a rare bone cancer that left him unable to walk for nearly a year. Out of those challenges came a deeper purpose—transforming pain into a practice of healing, movement, and restoration. As the founder of Africommas Growth & Wellness (AGW) , Remy serves as an Integrated Manual Therapist , combining advanced bodywork, corrective exercise, yoga therapy, and performance principles into a seamless approach. His mission is simple yet profound: to help people move better, recover stronger, and elevate their quality of life—physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. AGW has partnered with companies, corporations, and institutions such as UNLV Medical School, Vuori, Anytime Fitness, and Doctor’s Choice, for Wellness Day programs that bring integrated care, education, and restoration directly to schools, workplaces, and communities. Now pursuing a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine , Remy continues to expand his vision of whole-person care, inspiring others through both his personal journey and his professional practice.
