Hi! Im Latasha. Ive been a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist since 2009. Certified in Ashiatsu barefoot massage, Pregnancy massage, Traditional Chinese cupping, and Thai Yoga massage. As a massage therapist, I have to find ways and techniques that are beneficial for my clients, as well as myself. Taking care of my body is what helps me maintain my career. I am dedicated to helping my clients transition through physical, emotional and spiritual walks of life. My sessions are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. When Im not in a session, Im usually at the gym, horseback riding, taking a day trip to the beach, or baking up something sweet. I live a healthy lifestyle and offer tips to all of my clients as well. I have found that incorporating a lot of different tools of self care is the most beneficial way to live a happy, healthy and balanced life
