Christina graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Physical Therapy and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of British Columbia. She is currently pursuing her Diploma in Advanced Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy. Prior to pursuing a career in physical therapy, she has developed a unique perspective on healthcare from working in a pharmaceutical setting. Christina realized that many people were dealing with some form of pain, whether it be from repetitive work movements, simple day-to-day activities, or sport-related injuries. She decided to pursue a career in physical therapy with the goal of helping people manage their pain, improve their quality of life and connect with how they really want to move again. Christina believes in treating clients through proper education and providing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans by using a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling (IMS), and modalities to help people minimize their pain, achieve their functional goals, and prevent symptoms from reoccurring. In her spare time, Christina enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring the trails of BC and travelling the world. She also enjoys discovering new coffee shops, trending food destinations and the latest in fashion.
