Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that uses light touch to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. It can be a great option for clients who feel “stuck” in patterns of stress, pain, or tension that have not fully resolved with traditional care. Clients are often surprised that CST may help with symptoms such as headaches or migraines, jaw tension/TMJ discomfort, neck and back tension, sleep challenges, stress-related tightness, dizziness, and post-concussion sensitivity. To make sure CST is the right fit for your body and goals, all clients must first complete an Initial Athletic Therapy Appointment before booking Craniosacral Therapy.
