Unwind is a Massage and Wellness Studio in Sarasota, Florida, owned by myself, Heather Welch, LMT NMT, and my daughter, Trinity Welch. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist here in Sarasota since 1996. I have incorporated many disciplines into my massage style, mostly neuromuscular orthopedic and fascia release. It is my goal to collaborate with as many of the amazing Massage Therapists, Yoga Teachers, Personal Trainers, Herbalists, and Alternative Medicine Practitioners in this area as possible. Sarasota is rich with the desire to live healthy and vibrant lifestyles, and we have many highly skilled Wellness Advocates here. If I don't offer the treatment, modality, or training that you need, I would like to think I can connect you with someone who does.
Designed for silence. 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes of Swedish or deep tissue massage. Full body only; please let us know if there is something to avoid. Not an appropriate session for someone with medical issues or injuries, this session focuses on the experience.
