LoLo Physio and Massage

#202 - 106 West 1st Street, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 1A9

Garfield graduated in 1996 from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy & Hydrotherapy in Toronto, Ontario. He expanded his knowledge in Victoria, British Columbia, with further studies and courses in massage therapy in 2006. Garfield has added various others courses of studies over the years: Myofascial Release training with legendary physiotherapy John F. Barnes, Craniosacral Therapy, Sounds Therapy, Primal Reflex Release Technique, Active Release Therapy (upper & lower extremities) and others. In everything he does he wants to be better and help others in achieving their goals. He believes just about everyone is an athlete of some sort needing to walk, jog, run, bend, twist, jump and more. Whether he is working with elite (Olympic/National Teams) athletes or participating in an exercise activity, he dedicates particular attention to the art and the science of the correct natural law of free movement. Garfield brings a sincere openness and collaborative approach into an extremely talented, interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. He is the lead healthcare performance consultant with Athletics Canada (track and field) in massage therapy. He has attended numerous sporting events such as three World Athletic Championships, Summer Olympic Games (Athens, Beijing & London), and worked in Africa & Italy in the premiere football (soccer) league. He continues to raise the bar high in soft tissue excellence one client at a time.
