Born and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Brae completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise and Sport Studies) with Distinction in 2023, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy in 2025 from the University of Saskatchewan. Brae is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them. He believes in providing individualized, evidence-based care that blends education, exercise, and hands-on treatment to support long-term health and confidence in movement. Brae’s approach to physical therapy care is centered on compassion, collaboration, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. Throughout his education journey and clinical experience, Brae has worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of settings, including musculoskeletal focused private practice, multidisciplinary medical environments, acute geriatric re-enablement, outpatient neuro, and long-term care. Brae has a strong interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and strength development, manual therapy, and treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. Outside of the clinic, Brae enjoys strength training, playing recreational sports, golfing, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
