I am a graduate of Pacific Northwest Massage Academy, Class of 2020, and have been passionate about helping clients through massage therapy ever since. I believe every massage should be as unique as the person receiving it. Whether you spend your day at a desk, chasing after kids, working a physical job, training for a sport, or enjoying your favorite hobbies, understanding your lifestyle helps me create a session tailored specifically to your needs and goals. My passion is helping people enjoy life with less pain, less tension, and greater freedom of movement. Whether you’re looking for relief from chronic discomfort, recovering from an injury, or simply need time to relax and recharge, my goal is to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived. I offer a variety of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, injury recovery, and cupping, and I enjoy combining techniques to create the most effective treatment for each client. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll often find me exploring downtown Vancouver, discovering local businesses, or enjoying the beautiful trails of the Pacific Northwest.
