My journey as a massage therapist began in 2021 when I began my program at Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville, KY. While there I completed a 600 hour program with training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Injury Massage. Since graduating in April 2022, I have also received training in Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, and Reiki I & II. As your massage therapist, my goal is to help you "reset" your body so that you can then easier make the adjustments necessary in your daily life to achieve optimal physical health. By relieving muscle tension, I'm taking one obstacle out of the way in a multifaceted journey of becoming balanced. Let's work together to achieve your goals!
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
