Jessica has additional training with the jaw, vestibular treatments, and acupuncture. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba. Her joy for physiotherapy began while playing soccer for Manitoba, she greatly valued the profession and wanted to be able to assist individuals in a way she once was. Besides soccer Jessica has a passion for track and field, basketball, and for half marathon running. Jessica believes in a holistic approach to client centered care , combining myofascial release, mobilizations, manipulations, exercise and education in the rehabilitation programs individualized for each client . Jessica is very passionate about helping her clients return to what they love doing by empowering them through improving their physical literacy and assisting clients in taking an active role in their recovery. She loves working with clients of all ages, especially clients with low back and knee pain. In her free time Jessica enjoys staying active by going to the gym, running, hiking, and playing soccer. She also enjoys staying up to date on fun new exercises for clients to try.
