As a lifelong athlete, I had challenged my body in everything from yoga to Tae Kwon Do. And I understand the value of strength and endurance, and have suffered my own sports injuries on my way to becoming a massage therapist. In 2016, I graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Driven by my unyielding belief in the healing power of touch, I have grown my massage practice with a passion for delivering comfort, relaxation and results to my clients. With anything from a relaxing massage, to scar tissue release or a sports recovery massage, I excel at delivering the individualized care that each of my clients needs. I continue to study therapeutic techniques so that I can provide more than a standard massage. To that end, each session begins with a personalized discussion to discern the clients physical or emotional needs in order to tailor the massage and release any stress, discomfort, or pain. Rather than a list of services provided--(i.e.Swedish or Deep Tissue), I understand the different techniques from each of those modalities that need to be incorporated into each massage. When not in the massage room, I enjoy hiking, biking, running, traveling, or creating adventures and exploring with my two daughters.
The perfect amount of time for a full-body massage designed to relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, and improve circulation. Great for relaxation or moderate therapeutic work.Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
