Colleen graduated with honours from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College in December 2019. Colleen found her passion for massage therapy from her desire to help others. She is very passionate about her career and enjoys learning. Through learning, she finds that she can contribute more to the well-being of her patients. Her goal is to share her knowledge and expertise through massage therapy to improve her patients’ quality of life. She has treated a variety of neurological conditions and autoimmune diseases but she most commonly treats headaches, forward head posture, lower back pain and upper back tension. Her modalities include myofascial release, swedish massage, trigger point release, joint mobilization, manual lymph drainage, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and PNF stretching. During her spare time, Colleen likes to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
