Veronique Gareau is a Registered Massage Therapist and is currently in her fourth year of studies in Osteopathic Manual Therapy. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Veronique takes a whole-body, integrative approach to treatment. Sessions are done over clothing, with no oils or sheets used. Techniques may include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and joint mobilizations. Veronique offers treatment in both French and English. Please note : Veronique’s treatments differ from traditional massage therapy. Please wear comfortable, athletic-style clothing that allows for free movement; such as sweatpants, leggings, or shorts and a t-shirt.
All clients must book this type of appointment on their first visit. This allows time for the RMT to address your problem.
