Ekamjot Singh is a Registered Massage Therapist who truly loves helping people feel better in their bodies. Whether someone is dealing with pain, stress, or just feeling out of balance, he finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of their healing process. Massage therapy gives him the chance to connect with people in a meaningful way; to listen, to support, and to help them feel a little more like themselves again. He completed his massage therapy program at CDI College, where he gained hands-on clinical experience treating a wide range of clients and conditions. That experience really shaped his approach and helped him learn how to adapt to each person’s unique needs. Before becoming an RMT, he worked in customer service, so creating a warm, welcoming space comes naturally. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, which makes it easy for him to connect with clients from different backgrounds. In his treatments, he uses a mix of techniques like Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, depending on what someone needs that day. He also likes incorporating joint mobilizations and passive stretching to help improve movement and ease stiffness, especially for clients who feel restricted or carry a lot of tension. At the end of the day, He wants people to leave feeling a little more relaxed, a little more comfortable in their body, and he is there to support that in whatever way he can.
