305 Milner Ave, Unit 107, Toronto, ON, M1B 3V4

Meet Alaina, a Registered Massage Therapist who combines a strong foundation in kinesiology, rehabilitation, and athletic performance to provide personalized, evidence-informed care. Alaina graduated with honours from Centennial College’s Advanced Massage Therapy program in 2023. Prior to pursuing massage therapy, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2018. Growing up as a competitive soccer player, Alaina developed an early appreciation for movement, injury prevention, and recovery. Beginning as a defender before transitioning to goalkeeper, her athletic experiences helped shape her understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on the body. During her time at Laurier, she further expanded her knowledge of sports medicine as a student trainer with the varsity men’s rugby team, working closely with athletes to support performance and rehabilitation. Alaina has continued to work within the athletic community as a sideline therapist for the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL), assessing and treating acute injuries during competition. She has also provided treatment support at provincial swim meets, helping athletes prepare for and recover from high-level performance. Alaina believes that successful treatment is built on collaboration. She views the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, working alongside clients to understand their goals, provide education, and develop practical strategies that help them move and feel their best both inside and outside the treatment room. Outside of the clinic, Alaina enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, getting creative through crafting, and unwinding with a good book.
