I’m Chelsea, a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) practicing out of Heatwave Yoga Reformer. My approach is shaped by ten years of hands-on practice, careful listening, and ongoing learning. I hold a degree in Health Science, specializing in anatomy and physiology, which provides a solid foundation for understanding how the body moves, adapts, and sometimes asks for a bit of extra care. My work is informed and intentional, but always centred on listening—because no two bodies (or days) are ever quite the same. I’m drawn to spaces that encourage balance, awareness, and sustainable movement—not just pushing harder, but knowing when to slow down. That’s why practicing out of Heatwave Yoga feels like home—it’s a space where strength meets softness and recovery is just as important as effort. I aim to create an environment where you can feel comfortable, supported, and at home in your body. Come as you are, leave feeling better, and maybe a bit more in tune with your body than when you arrived.
This treatment is designed specifically for expectant mothers. Massage therapy is beneficial throughout all stages of pregnancy to reduce stress, promote relaxation, relieve myofascial pain, increase circulation, and improve sleep patterns.
